🔍 Celebrating the diversity that makes America strong

Good morning Search Marketer, and happy Independence Day.

As we head into the Fourth of July weekend, we want to focus on an issue that's much on the minds of Americans and people around the world — the institutional racism that plagues our industry and the country as a whole. Just 3% of the CMOs of ANA member companies are Black, even though African Americans represent 14% of the total population of the U.S. 

We believe this moment is an opportunity for America to rise to the occasion and take action to diversify our boardrooms, our classrooms and our neighborhoods. Rather than focus on the ills of the past — though there's no denying or ignoring them — let's make the country we love a better place for everyone.
