This Q4 will be unlike any other we've seen before. With more shoppers turning to eCommerce for their holiday shopping and many new-to-brand consumers searching online, how can marketers maximize their reach and ensure that share of voice turns into sales?

Although Q4 is right around the corner, there is still time to prepare for early holiday shoppers and the peak Black Friday / Cyber Monday period for eCommerce. Launch your campaigns early to build relevancy score, use retargeting to convert new online shoppers, and prepare to react to increased competition online.

Most importantly, update your search keyword targeting to reflect shifts in demand. For example, Pacvue found that searches for generic terms such as "bathroom faucet" have increased 25% in the past quarter on eCommerce marketplaces, while searches for branded terms decreased 51%.
